6 Week transformation

6 week transformation programmes are designed specifically for those who want to attain a certain look within a specific time-frame. In order to totally transform your body into a lean jaw dropping - I kid you not! - new you 6 weeks is the ideal time-frame in which to apply all of the required components of the transformation programme, after which you will be in the shape of your life.

 

6 week transformation programmes include:

  • Physique analysis & goal setting

  • 2 gym workouts per week

  • Weekly nutrition checks

 

I use scientifically based methods of effective training and optimum nutrition and apply them to you as an individual based upon your current physical condition and desired outcome. All that I require from you is the dedication to do what it takes. I will help you to stay focused and on track towards your goals by motivating you and giving you the knowledge required to do so..

 

general mentoring

If you can't or don't need to commit to a set time frame there are other options available.

 

  • Casual regular sessions for general instruction, spotting, and guidance

  • Weekly/monthly check-ins to ensure that your training and nutrition are on point

  • Working through specific sticking points
