Bodyfat is stored when too much of certain types of foods are consumed. Coupled with a sedentary lifestyle the effects of a poor diet are further increased, leading to an even greater amount of bodyfat storage.
Along with the right exercise programme a good clean diet will have your body burning any excess bodyfat as energy while at the same time building lean muscle tissue to support a strong and healthy structure.
I will share with you the knowledge of which foods aide in bodyfat accumilation and which foods aide in bodfat reduction (fat loss). I will also clear up any conflicting beliefs that you may have about the types of exercise that you need/think that you need to do in order to shed any excess bodyfat.
