165g Chicken Breast
200g Sweet Potato
Green Veggies
500ml Mineral Water
(pre-workout)
Meal -4
165g Chicken Breast
200g White Potato
500ml Mineral Water
(post-workout)
Meal -5
165g Steak
500ml Mineral Water
- Or 1 Scoop Casein in 500ml Mineral Water
Notes:
Drink 500ml of Mineral Water inbetween all of your meals
