Essential Nutrition
Nutrition is key when it comes to shaping and toning your body. The body is highly sensitive to the foods that we supply it with. The composition of the various nutrients available to us must be correct in order for the desired changes to take place in our bodies.
Planning your daily meals is just as important as planning your weekly workouts. It might seem a little harsh to use such a phraze as I am about to, but – ‘If you fail to prepare, then prepare to fail!’. Remember – ‘Nutrition is key!’ but it does not have to be as confusing as made out by the mainstream advocates of health and fitness, such as the lack of commitment to the truth of the large chain corporate fitness centres, the conflicting and just plain wrong information that is broadcast daily on TV and radio shows, and the vast range of glamourous magazines (as entertaining as they are) with their faddy celebrity diets aimed at attracting you, the ‘percieved vulnerable’, would collectivley have you believe.
As daunting as it all may seem nutrition is basically very simple and easy to understand. It just takes a little time, patience, and practice to get used to using the basic principles of proper nutrition to get into the correct eating habits that will render your efforts worthy. A little disipline goes a long long way!
